1. Introduction and Agreement

The name, phone number, and payment details provided when registering must be genuine and belong to you personally. 09n reserves the right to take action on accounts opened with false information.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals at 09n can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Only these methods are supported; payments outside of these are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

  • Minimum deposit: 20,000 Ks (for all payment methods)
  • Minimum withdrawal: 20,000 Ks (for all payment methods)

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, aligned with Myanmar Standard Time (MMT). This may take longer if there are daytime service checks, bank delays, or security verifications.

3.4 Payment Verification

To confirm deposit and withdrawal requests, 09n may ask you to provide a bank transfer record or payment screenshot. If verification fails, the transaction may be put on hold.

3.5 Payments in Your Own Name

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a personal payment account that matches your 09n account. Using a third party's payment account is not allowed.

4. Welcome Bonus and Rewards

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

Get a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit at 09n, up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must meet a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.

  • Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → total balance 40,000 Ks → wagering requirement: 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal.
  • Example 2: Deposit 420,000 Ks → receive 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap) → total balance 620,000 Ks → wagering requirement: 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 Bonus Terms

The bonus must be used solely by the registered player. If 09n detects unusual playing patterns in activity involving bonus funds — such as aimless play or play intended only to withdraw the bonus — 09n reserves the right to remove the bonus.

4.3 VIP Rewards

09n's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. 09n will determine VIP tier upgrades based on the player's playing style and activity level —

  • Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.8%

09n reserves the right to change VIP reward announcements and conditions with prior notice.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in the following —

  • Fund management using a third party's money rather than your own account
  • Bonus abuse — attempting to repeatedly claim the same bonus
  • Using software bots, auto-clickers, or any computer-assisted tools
  • Attempting to interfere with the platform's normal software operations
  • Attempting to bypass verifications with misleading or false information
  • Contacting the support team using abusive, offensive, or threatening language

5.2 Enforcement

If 09n identifies any of the above violations, the account may be immediately suspended and pending withdrawals may be refused. 09n's legal, financial, and security teams will handle players who engage in fraudulent activity within the framework of applicable Myanmar law.

6. Problem Gambling and Responsible Gaming

7. Service Suspension and Account Closure

7.1 Closure Request by Player

7.2 09n's Right to Close Accounts

09n reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account — with or without prior notice — if the player breaches this agreement, engages in unlawful activity, or violates 09n's code of conduct policies.

8. Information Protection

09n protects players' personal information using SSL encryption. Personal data provided by players will be handled in accordance with 09n's Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared with third parties — except where required by law.

9. Amendments and Misuse

09n reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be indicated on this page by a "Last Updated" date. Continued use of 09n's services after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability
